You learnt of how to properly carry items so that the back of your body will not be strained and also the proper sitting position was described for you.
In part two of this article, you are going to learn of three other strategies that will help you to prevent back pain.
The third strategy for preventing back pain is to adjust your sleeping posture. Avoid sleeping on surface that is not straight and do not sleep on your stomach. More so, it is advisable that you sleep on your side and try placing a pillow under your knee if you must lie on your back. These are ways that will make you back pain-free.
The fourth strategy that will prevent back pain for you is to quit smoking especially if you smoke. The fumes in smokes can hinder enough blood and oxygen to circulate around your body. If this happens, your spinal discs can degenerate and you will have back pains.
The fifth strategy to preventing back pain is to do back exercises that will strengthen the muscles of your back. There is need for you to really strengthen the core muscles of your back so as to allow blood flow to affect every part of your back muscles. There is need to embark on fitness programs for getting your back pain free.
